Today we have gone to the Marsh to verify the condition(state) of the same one, because of the thaw of the last snowfall, the surprise to been to meet climbers, rising for the rocks that there characterizes this People(Village), Margalef.

The Serra del Montsant is one of the most singular spaces of Catalonia.

Margalef always is carectizado by the quality of his(her,your) oil.
Because of it this year we do an honoring to this so valued product,
THE OIL.
This way so(then,since) on Sunday, the 7th of December there will take place in Margalef the first holiday(party) of the new oil. In the morning to them 10,00h.to taste the oil with toast and sausage to the ember.During the whole morning podra to buy new oil.

Under a day of the splendid Sun, in our habitual exits of mountain bike, we are before a picturesque people(village) of which surgian aromas of food and gabble of people.The people(village) is called Margalef and they were celebrating the first holiday of the oil with ” Denomination of Siurana’s origin “.We were received as one more of the people(village); we prove(try) the products eleborados in the population, and enjoy the experience of oil newly pressed,extra virgin.

A few climbers have remained caught in the marsh, where they are in the habit of having his(her,your) refujio by night. Surprise! In the morning quite white and enclosed for the same one. The demas we have been in the bar of the people(village) to comment on the event.
We have done many photos there a few.

John and the Cornelia come from Horta de Sant Joan and go in direction there is Mont Blanc in bicycle clearly!

The Natasja and Therry, by chance meet John and Cornelia in Ca Calbet, doing the same tour, peró upside-down, Montblanc and des so Horta de Sant Joan Sant.

In 1954, the DOCa Priorat was established taking its name from the Comarca Priorat. This region was based upon a very unique area where the soil is known as Llicorella, or what you might call schist. The entire area of the Priorat wine region is made up of this same schistous soil, and consequently, the wines have some commonality in style. It is also due to a few historic events in the wine world in the early 90’s that the DOCa Priorat rose to fame and thus spurred the surrounding lands to try and share the glory.
